Sometime in the 1990's Bob was busy in the studio when a portal opened and sucked away his precious beats, in an attempt to save them Bob too got swallowed by the inter-dimensional vortex and found himself in a strange land where he must collect his beats to return home

It's a short platformer where you jump about avoiding enemies and obstacles while collecting bob's beats. Bob can jump three times before landing and Ten beats will take you to the next level

This is my first game, let me know if you loved it or hated it!

This is a great platformer that is easy to pick up. The theme and audio suits it well! Hope you keep making things!

Thanks for checking it out! And thank you for the kind words, I'm happy you have enjoyed it!

The theme is really interesting. I'd like the game to be easier though! I'm not sure if it's just me getting old and slow or something :D

Thank you so much for checking it out!

It's a really hard one to gauge because I've played it too many times and my judgement gets screwed, y'know? ha!
I was afraid it might be too easy!  Just in case, there is a "hard mode" version if you complete the game and have collected the yellow diskette!

Players like winning and probably just a small portion of them likes challenges. It's easy to make a game you're developing too hard, because while you test the game, you get so much practice with the mechanics that you become a pro at it. Other people might not get good at it as fast, because they don't know many shortcuts and tricks. So maybe it could be a more casual game than a challenging one!

MAH BEATS! OH NO, MAH BEATS! ^_^ I like your game's idea and atmosphere very much! I downloaded your game and played up to the third level. At first I did not know that you could double jump or even triple jump. I like the music and the fact that you used many different sound samples in the game. When you encounter the cyclops, it tells you to stomp her, but I don't know how to stop. I tried jumping on it but this did not work. The hit detection is good, but I felt as though it was a little off when hitting the spikes. Maybe I just didn't play well. Anyway, I think it's a really cool concept and wish you luck on further updates!

Wow!

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback!

I'm really happy you enjoyed it, and your comment has really made my day!

I think I must work on the spikes sensitivity and I understand the confusion with the voice and the cyclops.  The cyclops enemy was originally just called "Stomper!" or "Angry Looker" and cyclops got added later because it was funny and for variation, but now you say it, it totally sounds like a command "Stomp Her". I might drop that piece of vox, or perhaps even look at a way to Stomp the cyclops! Ha! That would be fun!

Thank you again, my friend!
